Lenny Gonzalez

Born and raised in Portsmouth, VA, Lenny Gonzalez found photography during his teenage years by way of a fascination with the darkroom. Soon after, photographing skateboarding and its culture amplified his relationship with art. Before moving to the Bay Area, his college years were spent at the Corcoran School Of Art, Washington DC. While working as a commercial photographer, he maintains a steady involvement in the local creative music scene by photographing its players and attending as many performances as humanly possible. He lives in Alameda with his wife Suzy and their children, Mielle and Lucien. http://www.lennygonzalez.com
