D-L Alvarez is a visual artist whose drawings and films have shown across Europe, North America, and South Africa. His work is in many collections including the MoMA in New York, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and SFMOMA. Last year he received his first museum solo at the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archives.
