Randy Kennedy was a reporter for The New York Times for twenty-five years, almost half of that writing about the art world. He is now director of special projects and an editor at the gallery Hauser & Wirth. In 2018 Simon & Schuster will publish his first novel, Presidio, the story of a solitary car thief, set in West Texas, where he was raised.
