Michelle Sindha Thomas

Michelle Sindha Thomas is an artist motivated by the desire to communicate and establish meaningful human connection. This priority led her from an early career in arts education and exploratory design projects at Apple to Design + Creative Initiatives project management at SFMOMA. She completed a Masters at Washington University in Saint Louis focused on the analysis of art, film, and literature, culminating in a publication titled And Others: Pursuit of Individuality in Minority Creative Expression. As Design Producer at Humane and Creative Director at PARALLEL Design and Strategy, she specializes in interdisciplinary collaboration — her work engages partners in a variety of fields from technology, energy, and finance to music, fashion, and futurism. Her fine art practice is devoted to watercolors, in which she addresses memory, time, interpersonal dynamics, and identity.
