Ben Valentine is an independent writer who studies how technology, creativity, and politics intersect around the world. Ben has written or spoken for SXSW, Salon, SFAQ, YBCA, ACLU, de Young Museum, and The New Inquiry, to name a few. Ben also helped organize the World's First Tumblr Symposium with Hyperallergic, participated in the Internet Archive’s Tumblr residency, and was a Tumblr Fellow for the 2014 Personal Democracy Forum. Ben lives out of a suitcase and is currently somewhere in Asia.
