Agnieszka Kurant

New York based Polish artist Agnieszka Kurant is currently in residence at The MIT Center for Art, Science, & Technology. Her work investigates collective intelligence, emergence and energy flows in social and economic systems. Her recent exhibitions include a solo show at SCAD MoA and at CCA in Tel Aviv (2017), commissions for the Guggenheim Bilbao, Bonner Kunstverein’s Art in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, and Nicolas Bourriaud’s Crash Test at La Panacee, Montpelier. In 2015 the Guggenheim Museum in New York commissioned End of Signature, Kurant’s site-specific projection on the facade of the Museum’s Frank Lloyd Wright rotunda. Kurant is currently working on a project for the Cleveland Triennial.
