Meanwhile, in New York...

I don’t know what’s worse – having your car smashed by a tree or having all your neighbors come to take pictures of it.

 

Some poor guy woke up to find his car smashed. The neighbor told me that it hardly made a sound because all they could hear was wind the night before.

I spotted this storm goddess hood ornament a block over from the crushed car. The good luck charm worked – the car didn’t have a single scratch on it.

An old tree in the neighborhood looked like it exploded. A lot of people were bringing their children to it and telling them about what storms can do.

In many places fallen trees completely occluded the view.

Another unfortunate car parked in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Needless to say, everything got mixed together in the storm.
